Fuyu Group issued a series of announcements on June 15, stating that all independent directors have resigned. The only person left on the board of directors is David Seow Jun Hao.
Asian Corporate Advisors has evaluated the independence and suitability of the four new directors, and has not found any inappropriate appointments, and the board of directors has no objection.
