In the first 300 games of coaching, Arteta won 177 games, a number that surpassed all predecessors including Wenger (164 wins) and George Graham (156 wins), setting a new record in team history. Looking at the entire history of England's top league, only Guardiola (219 wins), Mourinho (196 wins) and Daglish (185 wins) won more victories during the same period.

In addition, Arteta's 58.9% win rate tops the list among all coaches who coach Arsenal over 50 games, ahead of Wenger (57.2%) and Emery (55.1%). He is the seventh coach in the club to achieve 300 coaching achievements and the second youngest achiever after Terry Neal.
