Many friends are actually very confused. After buying chicken eggs, should they store the room temperature or refrigerator? There is obviously a chicken egg box in the refrigerator, but a British research report previously stated that the temperature of chicken eggs in the room is similar to that in the refrigerator, so there is no need to put the refrigerator, which has confused many people. Wei En specially collected the experiment data and told everyone that in Taiwan, it is better to put chicken eggs in the refrigerator.

Experience proves that the quality of Taiwan chicken eggs is better maintained

In fact, the room temperature in the UK is very different from that in Taiwan. Taiwan is humid and hot, which is very unfavorable for the preservation of chicken eggs. Based on the actual test data obtained in Taiwan, we tell us that the quality index (Hao’s unit) will drop rapidly when the chicken egg is under normal temperature. If the highest level of the chicken egg is as standard, its passing score is 72 points. After 14 days of chicken eggs, the score will drop to about 75 points at the passing edge. After 21 days, the score will drop to outside the AA level. In contrast, if the eggs are kept in the refrigerator, no matter whether they are kept for 7 days, 14 days or 21 days, the score can be maintained at a high score of more than 90 points.

Analytical information can tell us that many scientific studies have conditions, so you should be careful when taking them. The results of British research may not be directly applied to Taiwan.
